Whitebridge Pet Brands was founded in 2014 with the acquisition of Cloud Star and Tiki. These legacy brands formed a company growing through acquisitions, increased distribution, and organic sales. More brands followed: In April 2017, Whitebridge Pet Brands acquired Dogswell, a leading brand of functional jerkies for dogs. In January 2020, the company acquired Cardinal Pet Care, maker of Pet Botanics and Crazy Dog training treats. And in March 2021, Whitebridge Pet Brands completed the acquisition of Grizzly Pet Products, a leader in pet supplements. Whitebridge’s 2022 integration with Agras, the Italian-based home of Schesir, expanded its global footprint into Europe and deeper in Asia.
The goal of Whitebridge is to build a global pet health nutrition company with its range of natural and minimally processed foods, complements, treats, and supplements formulated to the specific needs of dogs and cats. Whitebridge’s portfolio of brands offers more than 150 unique combinations of tastes and textures in wet food that pets enjoy, making it food that pet parents want to feed.
