CityVet, a growing community of locally owned veterinary practices, is coming to the Salt Lake City market with its first Utah location planned for 347 East Crossroads Boulevard in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
The new clinic is expected to open inQ3 2026, marking CityVet’s entry into the state and laying the foundation for future expansion across the greater Salt Lake City area.
Unlike traditional corporate veterinary groups, CityVet partners directly with local veterinarians who own and lead each clinic, combining the autonomy of independent practice ownership with the support of a broader network. The Saratoga Springs location will be locally owned and operated by a Utah-based veterinarian, bringing personalized care, community connection, and continuity to pet owners in the area.
“Entering a new market is never just about opening a clinic, it’s about finding the right veterinarian partners who want to build something lasting in their community,” said Dave Boguslawski, CEO of CityVet. “Our model is intentionally local. Each CityVet clinic is owned by the veterinarian who practices there, which allows them to shape the culture, build long-term relationships with clients, and deliver care in a way that reflects the needs of their community.”
CityVet’s arrival in Saratoga Springs reflects the company’s broader growth strategy: expanding thoughtfully by empowering veterinarians who want to own their practices without sacrificing support, collaboration, or quality of life. The clinic will offer comprehensive veterinary services for dogs and cats, including preventative care, diagnostics, dental care, surgery, and wellness planning, all delivered with an emphasis on education, transparency, and trust.
As CityVet establishes its first footprint in Utah, the brand plans to continue partnering with additional local veterinarians to open future clinics throughout the Salt Lake City metro and surrounding communities.
“Our growth has always been driven by veterinarians who want to put down roots and serve their neighbors,” added Boguslawski. “Saratoga Springs is just the beginning of what we see as a long-term commitment to Utah’s pet-loving communities.”
Additional details, including the clinic’s opening date and the local veterinarian owner, who has already signed with CityVet, will be announced in the coming months.
