Ethical Products Appoints John Thaman as Vice President of Sales

Ethical Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of pet toys, accessories, treats and wellness products, has announced the appointment of John Thaman as Vice President of Sales.

In this role, Thaman will lead revenue growth, customer partnerships, commercial execution, and expansion in strategic channels. He will be responsible for strengthening key partnerships, advancing brand development, and scaling Ethical’s portfolio across established and emerging channels.

Thaman brings more than two decades of leadership experience across consumer products and the pet industry. He has a track record of driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Prior to joining Ethical Products, Thaman held senior leadership roles across revenue growth, sales, marketing, and business development, where he led large-scale retail programs, expanded distribution, and drove profitability across multiple channels, including specialty, mass, international, and e-commerce.
