The company opened a new state-of-the-art facility in Abilene, Texas, which significantly increased its freeze-dried production capacity and created space to explore and produce future product innovations. Primal also opened a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Arlington, Washington, to increase the production of Himalayan and EcoKind products as pet parents seek natural alternatives to rawhide chews.
