Recognizing the benefits of raw and freeze-dried foods, Catit launched Double Fusion cat food in 2025. The innovative product line uses a proprietary “double” process that combines traditional dry kibble with two types of freeze-dried raw meat (infused and added bites), offering high-protein raw nutrition with the convenience of dry food. It is specially formulated with regionally sourced ingredients and includes added raw bites — such as chicken, kelp and nutrient-dense greens — designed to cater to a cat’s carnivorous instincts.
The kibble itself is infused with freeze-dried raw chicken for enhanced flavor. Added to this are distinct raw bites, creating a mix that ensures nutritional density and a varied texture to prevent boredom. This unique production method, where the inhomogeneous freeze-dried bites are integrated into the dry formula and distributed throughout the process into the kibble matrix, aims for high digestibility and superior taste compared to standard kibble.
