USA-K9 Brand Teams Up with Justin Melnick, MWDTSA for Holiday Dog Toy Drive

SodaPup founder and CEO, Adam Baker, announced that the USA-K9 brand will be teaming up with CBS SEAL Team actor Justin Melnick, his working dog Dita and Military Working Dog Team Support Association, Inc. (MWDTSA) on a holiday dog toy drive for military working dogs serving at home and abroad. For every USA-K9 dog toy purchased through MWDTSA between November 1 and December 15, SodaPup will donate an additional two USA-K9 dog toys. The toys will be distributed by MWDTSA to military working dog handlers at home and abroad throughout the holidays. Donations can be made here.

“Justin and Dita’s roles on the CBS television program SEAL Team have elevated awareness of working dogs in the military and law enforcement. We’ve always been impressed with Justin’s commitment to the military working dog community and we’re eager to partner with him and Dita and MWDTSA again this year to donate toys to our nation’s military working dogs,” Baker said. “We’ll be featuring two reward toys in the campaign because they have received widespread acceptance among K9 handlers. The Stars and Stripes Reward Ball and the Grenade Reward Toy will be the featured toys.”

MWDTSA is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was established to support U.S. military working dogs and their handlers. Since their founding in 2006, they have mailed several thousand care packages to MWD teams deployed in global combat zones.
