Trupanion Teams up with DogVacay to Add Value to their Member Experience

Trupanion, Inc., a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs, announced a new partnership with DogVacay, the leading online home dog boarding and pet services community.

The partnership pairs two rapid-growth pet-centric companies with the ultimate goal of delivering excellent pet care. Since beginning in 2012, DogVacay has grown to more than 30,000 pet sitters across the US and Canada—providing a range of locations for Trupanion’s over 300,000 pets.

Trupanion and DogVacay will together focus on providing pets with the best care possible, whether in the veterinary hospital or while pet owners are out on vacation.

“Pets are part of our lives at Trupanion and on the rare occasion when we’re not able to take them with us on vacation, we want to offer a reliable partner that leaves us confident in the care they receive when we’re not home,” said Trupanion CEO Darryl Rawlings. “DogVacay was the obvious choice as our preferred pet-sitting provider we recommend to our employees and members.
