U.S. Marine veteran and Spartan pro athlete Andrew Einstein and his service dog, Gunner share an unbreakable bond. Einstein returned home from Afghanistan and was suffering from PTSD when he attempted suicide, just one day before meeting Gunner, a silver Labrador, who he credits with saving his life. Andrew and Gunner now compete together as part of  Operation Enduring Warrior, a veteran-founded non-profit that helps wounded military and public service veterans overcome hardship and go in directions they may have once thought were impossible. The video demonstrates the bond between service pets and service professionals and encourages others to reach out for support.

Nulo, a pet food company creating industry leading pet nutrition for cats and dogs, has partnered with Andrew to create the video to share his story and inspire others. Nulo is working with Austin-based charities, Hounds for Heroes and Austin Dog Alliance as part of the campaign, “Proud to Support Those Who Serve.”
