Dave Ratner,  founder of Dave’s Pet Food and contributor to Pet Age Magazine, will appear on the Home Shopping Network  Jan. 10 and 11 and will feature specially selected products offered by his brand, Dave’s Pet Food.

The spot will air Jan 10th at 9 a.m., and again at 2 p.m. EST, as well as Jan. 11 at 5 p.m. EST. The products featured will include the Delicate Dinners “Easy to Digest” dry and canned dog food, ideal for canines with a sensitive stomach, as well as Dave’s top seller, “Dog Got Gas.” The HSN appearance will allow consumers to order any of Dave’s featured products over the phone or online on the HSN website

With his unique perspective as both a pet store owner, and more importantly as a pet owner he saw a need in the marketplace for pet food that would satisfy the quality-price equation, he explained. Dave’s Pet Food was born with an emphasis on providing great food at an even better price.

Ratner, founder of Dave’s Pet Food, has been in the pet food business for nearly 40 years as the owner of several Dave’s Soda and Pet City locations throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. He also sits on the board of the National Retail Federation.
