Raised Right Teams with Dr. Barbara Royal, Dr. Karen Becker to Expand Veterinary Support Recipes

Raised Right, a family-owned human-grade pet food company, has announced the expansion of its line of veterinary support recipes with the launch of the brand’s Kidney Support Pork Adult Dog Recipe, along with Pancreatic Support Pork Adult Dog Recipe.

Raised Right has teamed up with world-renowned veterinarians Dr. Karen Becker and Dr. Barbara Royal to create a line of veterinary support recipes that are formulated to help pets with specific health issues.

“We’ve received amazing feedback from our customers on the impact our veterinary support recipes have been making and many of them have asked us to formulate pork recipes since it’s considered to be a novel protein,” said Braeden Ruud, co-founder and CEO of Raised Right.

Raised Right introduced its veterinary support recipes last October after receiving requests from pet parents asking them to create recipes that support pets battling such chronic illnesses as pancreatitis and kidney disease.

“We’re very lucky to be working with two of the most respected veterinarians in the world to formulate these recipes. Both Dr. Karen Becker and Dr. Barbara Royal have dedicated their lives to helping animals through nutrition so they’re incredibly passionate. It’s fascinating listening to them discuss how to formulate recipes that give all the nutritional support possible for specific health issues. From the recipe composition to each ingredient, every detail of these recipes is carefully thought out through decades of their experiences and research,” noted Ruud.

With the launch of these new recipes, Raised Right is now offering 36 products between their human-grade pet food, treats, and toppers. Raised Right’s products are available in retail stores across both the United States and Canada.
