Neighborhood Pet Store Joining the Pet Supplies Plus Family

After eight years of business, Washington Pet owners Bill and Sharon Hannon have announced their pet store will take on a new look this fall. Beginning at the end of October, Washington Pet will operate as Pet Supplies Plus, a community-focused pet retail store with a diverse selection of pet products, toys, treats and loyalty programs.

The Hannons will continue to own, run and manage the store on a day-to-day basis, and all current employees at Washington Pet will be retained. Located at 1310 Blue Valley Drive in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, the neighborhood pet store will gradually roll in new products along with a complete store makeover over the next several weeks and store signage and banners will be transformed overnight at a date to be determined.

The store is not anticipating any closures or temporary shutdowns during the conversion process.

The new Pet Supplies Plus location will offer area residents an easy-to-shop environment, a broader range of food from ultra-premium to basic grocery products and a wide variety of pet toys, equipment and fish. Additionally, the new neighborhood pet store will add to their extensive variety of ‘Made in the USA’ pet consumables such as wet and dry food, treats, rawhide, chews and more—all at great prices, and with a price-match guarantee. Redford Naturals, a Pet Supplies Plus line with all-natural dog foods, will also be sold at the store.

Pet Supplies Plus maintains a professional, experienced and knowledgeable local team. Its extensive training ensures that all team members are able to answer a broad range of questions about household pets—from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles and fish—and offer advice in natural and holistic foods.
