Press release: Hound & Gatos

Hound & Gatos, manufacturers of premium canned dog and cat food, has recently teamed up with United Pacific Pet (UPP) to expand its distribution network. With this new partnership in place, Hound & Gatos will now be available to independent retailers in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada.

Founded in 2010, but recently acquired by Charlee Bear Pet Products, the burgeoning pet food company is looking to expand its current national distribution in anticipation of the brand’s impending updates. “This year marked the 100th year that United Pacific Pet has been serving the Western United States, which speaks volumes to the company’s professionalism and commitment to customer service. These are just a few of the reasons that we’re thrilled to collaborate with them,” comments Patrick McGarry, general manager of Charlee Bear Pet Products. “We’ve got some exciting upcoming plans in the works for Hound & Gatos, and we are confident that UPP’s extensive network will help us continue to grow and reach more pet parents with our protein-packed pet food.”

Hound & Gatos features real, wholesome animal protein – like red meat, poultry or fish – with no added carbohydrates in its canned diets for both dogs and cats, catering to pets’ natural carnivore instincts. Each one-of-a-kind formula includes essential vitamins and minerals and does not contain any soy, grain, gluten, artificial preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors.

Available in 13 single protein options for dogs and cats, along with 10 multi-protein options, Hound & Gatos are made with the finest natural ingredients. These limited-ingredient, complete meals, which are made in the USA, have been recognized for their high quality and dedication to nutrition in the past by Whole Dog Journal, Truth About Pet Food and Dog Food Advisor.
