Cans To The Rescue Campaign Gives Away 500,000 Cans of Dog Food

Listen to this articleAdoptAShelter.com and RPAL Rescue Center & Pet Food Bank in Terrell, Texas are teaming up to give away over 500,000 cans of super-premium dog food to Texas shelters and rescues this spring.
Organizations can order as many cans as they like and only pay shipping and handling.
“We are thrilled to have received an overabundance of canned dog food from a generous manufacturer,” said Judy Griggs, executive director of RPAL. “Partnering with AdoptAShelter.com allows us to reach beyond our current service area and help more dogs in need, especially senior and special-needs dogs.”
Launched on the Smart Animal Talk radio show, the Cans To The Rescue campaign includes shelter and media outreach across the state to raise awareness of this offer.
