Boulder Organics Names Rachel D’Agostino Bixbi Pet Chief Executive Officer

Bixbi Pet, a leading brand in premium pet nutrition, has appointed Rachel D’Agostino as its new chief executive officer.

D’Agostino, who joined Bixbi Pet in 2013 as the company’s second employee, has been instrumental in the brand’s growth. She led operations and logistics, spearheaded product innovation and helped establish the processes that drive Bixbi’s success today. Her promotion to CEO in October marks a seamless transition of leadership, following James Crouch, the company’s founder and former CEO.
