Bentley’s Pet Stuff Expands Grooming Services

July 9, 2018

Family owned and operated Bentley’s Pet Stuff is growing its grooming services, making sure the new offering aligns with the company’s dual commitments to well-being of furry friends and employee care.

“Our groomers will have the same medical and benefits package, 401K, in-store discount along with paid time off that our pet consultants receive,” said Giovanni Senafe, vice president of Bentley’s Pet Stuff. “In addition, groomers will also enjoy perks such as anniversary percentage increases and on-site tool sharpening multiple times a year.”

Services are already offered in Georgia where Bentley’s Pet Stuff owns two locations that have grooming offerings, and the company says it is excited to roll out the services to over 35 select locations with a plan for careful and deliberate expansion to additional stores.

“We really listen to our customers, and the number one request has been for grooming services,” Senafe said. “Now customers’ pets will be able to look as great as they feel!”

Bentley’s is taking its time with the rollout, ensuring the best possible delivery of grooming services. Grooming services will be offered on September 1, 2018.

As with its pet food and product selection, the company will only use the best grooming products—organic and all-natural—and offer a luxury experience.

“We know this can be an anxiety-producing experience for some dogs,” Senafe said. “It’s our goal to make it as enjoyable as possible.”

To this end, stores will limit the number of dogs groomed each day to ensure an optimal experience. Grooming rooms will feature zen-like ambience with “cage-free” drying, soft music, mellow lighting and privacy.

“We are especially excited to offer innovative technology such as the Thera-Clean MicroBubble baths—a special product/service specifically designed for dogs to help with shedding, hip dysplasia, senior dogs and allergy and skin issues,” Senafe said.

Bentley’s Pet Stuff is incorporating this new skin cleaning technology as well as many other state-of-the-art additions.

Bentley’s is committed to excellence, including the quality of its groomers.

“It’s important to us that we hire only the best groomers and find the best fit for our company that prides itself on the overall health and care of our pets,” Senafe said.
