Press Release Source: Woodlands Market

Woodlands Pet Shop celebrated its grand opening in October at Tishman Speyer’s LUMINA in San Francisco, California. Located at 201 Folsom Street on the corner of Beale and Folsom Streets, the 1,143-square-foot pet shop offers convenience for neighborhood pet owners with high-quality pet foods and accessories. Open seven days a week from 11am to 7pm, Woodlands Pet Shop complements the next-door Woodlands Market, the only full-service grocery store serving the Transbay neighborhood.

“We are excited to offer the same level of quality and healthy products that we provide in our markets to the beloved pets living at LUMINA and throughout the SoMa community,” said Don Santa, founder and CEO of Woodlands Market, and a San Francisco native. “With so many new residents moving into the neighborhood, LUMINA is an ideal location for our new pet shop.’’

Woodlands Pet Shop will provide a much-needed convenience to the neighborhood.

“The addition of Woodlands Pet Shop will be an added amenity for residents moving into the community as well as those already living in the area,” said Carl Shannon, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer.  “Anyone who owns a pet will understand that this will add a much-needed amenity for pet owners in the SoMa neighborhood.”
