Wag N’ Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming enters 2022 on the heels of an exciting year filled with store sales increases and impressive award rankings.
As a leading full-line specialty retail destination for cats and dogs, Wag N’ Wash documented a 7.1 percent increase in year-over-year systemwide sales in 2021. With a steady rise in sales throughout the year, Wag N’ Wash franchisee’s continued dedication to their communities has always been a driver for their individual store sales. The Broomfield, Colorado store specifically, which is owned by Mike Schreiber, experienced its biggest year of growth in 2021 with a 64.2 percent increase.
On the award side, Wag N’ Wash started off the year being featured in Entrepreneur’s Hottest Franchise Categories and the rankings did not stop there. Most notably, the brand made its debut on the Inc. 5000 list. On the local side, Wag N’ Wash was listed as number 20 on the Denver Business Journal’s largest Colorado-based franchisors list. Following this, the brand was named on Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Petcare Brands in 2021 within the care and grooming salon services category.
