W.F. Young, Inc., makers of Absorbine horse care products and The Missing Link pet supplements, appointed Matthew Wurtzel to the position of vice president of Sales. In this role, Wurtzel will be responsible for overseeing the worldwide sales of W.F. Young’s brands in both pet and equine divisions.
Wurtzel brings over 20 years of experience in the pet care industry to W.F. Young, with 14 years positioned in lead sales roles. He says he is looking forward to invigorating the company’s growing pet care brand, The Missing Link, with sales strategies and market expertise to catapult sales. His knowledge and background will also bring a fresh perspective and approach to the Absorbine brand, which has been well-established in the equine industry for over 125 years.
Chris Jacobi, W.F. Young president, expressed his enthusiasm for welcoming Wurtzel to the business.
