The votes are pouring in! Who will be honored at the 2026 Retailer Excellence Awards?

More than 600 members of the pet industry have spoken, and you have less than a week to make your voice be heard!

In its inaugural year, Pet Age’s Retailer Excellence Awards (REA) recognizes the best retailers, sales reps, distributors and vendors in the pet industry. And now is when Pet Age is asking you to vote on nine categories and help determine the winnners.

After nominations were tallied, the selections were narrowed down to the top five who made the cut. Among the finalists in seven different retail categories are Animal Connection LLC, All Pets Considered, Bag of Bones Barkery, Busch Pet Products, Fetch RI, Hollywood Feed, Odyssey Pets, The Good Dog Shoppe, Two Bostons and Wag Heaven Pet Supplies. In the running for favorite sales rep are Tiffany Brenner, Scott Deetsch, Ingrid Oswald, Rick Ribero and Steve Walling. The five finalists for best manufacturer are CDE Animal Cages, EZwhelp, Huxley & Kent, Metropaws and Tucker’s. Finally, the favorite distributor choices are John A. Van Den Bosch, King Wholesale, Pet Palette Distribution, Southeast Pet and Zeigler’s Distributor.

With less than one week to go before voting ends, more than 600 members of the pet care community have made their selections.
