As pets continue to be considered less as possessions and more as furry family members, the humanization of many of their products is following suit. Colors are no longer drab and the materials used in making many home accessories are the same as those used in human housewares. Successful design companies that specialize in bowls and beds stay connected with pet lovers to remain up to date on consumer demand. After all, what was popular last year might no longer be trendy and desirable.
Manufacturers of the most popular houseware lines are savvy enough to know that today’s pet products need to easily fit into any home’s interior design. That’s why they’ve developed their products to have a warm, cozy feel while being appropriate for the pet’s needs. From treat containers and feeders to litter boxes and beds, the wide array of styles are sure to be a hit with consumers looking to match them with their personal décor. And since many pet parents have been spending more time at home, they’re going to want to freshen up their living space.
Brands like Hauspanther from Primetime Petz, Kennel & Crate and Ware are finding innovative ways to incorporate pet products that fit seamlessly into a pet parent’s home décor. With retail space being limited for brick-and-mortar store owners, it’s important to come up with a strategy regarding the way to display products like bowls, crates, beds and other furnishings.
