Her unique skill set, which possesses both analytical thinking, negotiations and innovative problem-solving skills, has given her an impeccable record of accomplishments in business development.

Simmons will focus on U.S. growth of The Company of Animals’ brands through the ever-evolving e-commerce channel. Simmons’ e-commerce experience will help the company achieve both its near-term and long-term sales and profit objectives. Her primary responsibility will be managing key e-commerce accounts and working with customers to develop consumer education and awareness of our brands. Simmons will also be in charge of monitoring and enforcing The Company of Animals’ stringent Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy.

“We are very excited to have Mimi Simmons join The Company of Animals,” says Larry Cobb, CEO of the company’s U.S. division. “I am confident that she will bring a fresh, new perspective and help us connect more with our U.S. consumers through her knowledge and creativity. This will definitely drive more consumers to our website and increase our online presence and overall consumer awareness of our great brands”.

She has worked with companies like PetStep International Inc., Lucky Litter LLC and Radio Systems Corp., among others.

With a background in architecture and real estate, Simmons earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. The school is a global leader in management education, renowned for its distinctive thought leadership and pioneering approach to learning.
