PureBites, a leading brand of natural dog and cat treats, food and toppers, recently announced several donations totaling more than $325,000 as part of its ongoing helping pets initiative. In total, this donation will provide dogs and cats in need with over 250,000 treats, toppers and meals. The donations were spread across organizations such as The Toronto Humane Society, PAWS Chicago, Refuge Magoo, and Disabled Animal Foundation.

“We’ve had the pleasure of giving back to our local communities for many years,” said Stuart Menten, director of marketing at Pure Treats Inc., the makers of PureBites dog and cat treats, food and toppers. “This year’s donation includes our 1-ingredient, freeze-dried and air dried treats, our wet mixers and toppers, our limited ingredient meat and veggie broths, and our complete and balanced freeze-dried cat food.”

PureBites also supported Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando during 2023.

“Each year, Pet Alliance finds new homes for more than 4,000 dogs and cats. We could not do this important work without partners like PureBites,” explained Cathy Rodgers, director of development & communications. “Donations of treats and other pet products not only enhance the quality of life for animals while they are in our shelter, but they allow us to focus our resources on the critical lifesaving work we do. Pet Alliance is grateful for the commitment of PureBites to making pet lives happy and healthy.”

PureBites is committed to supporting the shelters who continue to find placements for pets and in helping keep their tummies full.

“PureBites is proud to partner with these amazing causes and contribute to their ongoing mission,” continued Menten. “It’s fantastic that we’re able to give back to such impactful organizations.”
