Pup Relief Tour to Provide Grooming Services During COVID Crisis

Andis, one of the leading manufacturers in handheld barbering and grooming tools, has announced its sponsorship of The Pandemic Pup Relief Tour to support their work in providing free grooming to dogs and pet parents in need across six major U.S. cities.

The Pandemic Pup Relief Tour is a nationwide grooming road tour to help pups and pet owners experiencing hardships during these difficult times. This six-city circuit will host a two-day pop-up event in each community, offering free grooming and salon services to pups in need. Partnering with local rescues, shelters and Black-owned pet businesses, the tour will highlight everything these partners do to support the cities they live in.

The 57 volunteer groomers for the tour will be creating grooms with Andis’ professional Pulse ZR II cordless clippers. The cordless tool is popular with professional groomers due to its trimming power and three-hour runtime, making it perfect for everything from long days in the shop to traveling pop-up events.
