The Kenyan Collection was founded in 2003 with the goal of getting the beautiful work of Kenyan artisans to the world. The leather is 100 percent sustainable as cows and goats are used, which are then fed to the families. George the Buckle Guy goes out to junkyards to find scrap metal and melt it into his own molds to create buckles and hardware for The Kenyan Collection. The company pays the employees directly rather than through a charity, to ensure they are able to tend to their own needs.
