The Bear & The Rat pitched their frozen yogurt for dogs on the popular ABC show, Shark Tank. While none of the sharks invested in the business, the company attracted the attention of Pet Food Experts at that year’s Global Pet Expo tradeshow and has worked with the distributor since 2014.

“We received tremendous brand awareness from consumers who saw our product via an 8-minute prime-time television spot. A small business like ours could never afford the media costs and subsequent exposure that Shark Tank provided us,” Meyer said.
