Petmate Announces Acquisition of Gen7Pets

Petmate announced the acquisition of Gen7Pets, a leading manufacturer of pet products including pet strollers, travel carriers and ramps.

Founded in 2012, Gen7Pets has been committed to providing quality products that keep pets comfortable and feeling secure while offering portable convenience.  The complete product line includes pet strollers, travel carriers, ramps, steps, cots and petyards with Stylish-Fashion and Simple-Functionality.

Petmate will be transitioning management of the Gen7Pets business and its associated intellectual property to the company’s corporate headquarters in Arlington, Texas, within the next three months.  Petmate will be retaining key Gen7Pets positions during this integration period.
