Pet Retailer Hollywood Feed Names Eccles New Senior Vice President of Store Operations

Sarah Eccles has been promoted to senior vice president (SVP) of store operations for Hollywood Feed, a natural and holistic pet food and supply retailer headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. In her new role, Eccles will oversee strategic operations for the brand’s 170 stores across 19 states.

She previously served as Hollywood Feed’s director of operations, supporting the retail locations while attracting and retaining top talent in an effort to increase sales and performance.

As the retailer’s new SVP of store operations, Eccles will play a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives, enhancing customer experiences and ensuring that Hollywood Feed remains at the forefront of the pet industry.

Prior to joining Hollywood Feed, Sarah served in a variety of retail-related leadership and operational roles spanning two decades. At Williams-Sonoma, she served as general manager and project manager for new store openings within brand. During her position as general manager of Designer Brands (formerly known as DSW), she gained extensive experience creating operational guidelines and procedures while also developing cohesive partnerships with colleagues. Her retail career began with J.Crew more than 20 years ago, when she held a variety of positions with increased responsibilities throughout her tenure.

Her passion for retail and developing talent have been key drivers to her success, culminating in her new SVP role at Hollywood Feed.
