Pet Evolution Brings on Franchising Couple to Lead Orange County Expansion

Pet Evolution, a pet supply franchise dedicated to providing your furry friends with high-quality food and services, has awarded Ritu and Harpreet Sethi as regional developers to help achieve the brand’s goal of opening at least 17 locations throughout the Orange County area. This announcement comes at a time where the $100 billion dollar pet industry is projected to reach $275 billion by 2030, according to Morgan Stanley.

With two locations currently open in Minnesota, Pet Evolution is accelerating their franchise growth by expanding throughout the Golden State. The franchising duo has invested into the brand’s regional development in Orange County and are on a mission to find franchisees who will be the perfect fit to run the new locations.

“Pet Evolution is a brand that really resonates with us,” said Ritu Sethi. “We struggled with the health of a family pet and, without the proper knowledge, unfortunately lost him early to complications. If we had a brand like this at our disposal at the time, things could’ve been different. They provide a complete holistic approach to pet care and act as a one-stop-shop for pet owners to help ensure that our furry friends are happy and healthy, inside and out.”

After successful careers, with Ritu Sethi having earned her MBA in Human Resources and Harpreet Sethi having 25 years behind him as a scientist in the fields of A.I. and Data Science, the pair were ready to take a step back and build something for themselves. They got their start in the franchising world through working with the brand StretchLab and are excited for their new venture with Pet Evolution by not only owning the rights to expand in Orange County, but also joining the Pet Evolution Advisory Board committing to take the brand to the next level. This opportunity has presented them a chance to give back to their community.

Founded in 2012 by friends Rian Thiele and Mike Osborn, Pet Evolution came about after they both watched their childhood dogs suffer through the itchy paws, chronic ear infections, and multiple vet trips of undiagnosed food allergies.

Peter Carlson, president of Pet Evolution Franchising, LLC, fell in love with the brand after he turned to Pet Evolution as his standard poodle, Leo, struggled with digestive and allergy issues, following countless tries with other products with no results. After switching to products endorsed by their team, Peter immediately saw positive results to help his dog live a happier life. The brand can’t wait to expand their reach to pets in Orange County and help their owners ensure their furry friends are living the good life.
