Oxyfresh, the leading provider of safe, environmentally friendly products for people and pets, is excited to welcome Emma Phillips to their marketing department. In her role as social media coordinator, she is responsible for managing company social media platforms, media research and analysis, content creation and external and internal communication tactics.

“I am extremely passionate about writing, helping people tell their stories and creative problem solving when it comes to communication,” expresses Emma. “It is my goal to develop a strong online community for Oxyfresh, as well as create innovative ways to illustrate the many benefits Oxyfresh products offer to both pets and their people. Currently residing in Spokane, Washington, Emma was fortunate to have graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Communications earlier this year. While studying there, Emma took part in several activities and internships that helped her acquire the skills and experience to land a position as a social media coordinator. Emma was the editor-in-chief at The Whitworthian (newspaper), account manager at Beyond the Pines (Public Relations), was a social media intern at Numerica Credit Union and a communications and creative intern at We are Real Life. She also received various awards such as the Whitworth Communication Department Service Award, Spark Award and Flora Writing Award for Journalism.

As a social media coordinator, Emma will develop original text, image and video content which will help to attract more customers, create buzz around new products, increase customer engagement and overall web traffic. Ultimately, this will help take Oxyfresh’s brand to the next level of success!
