Nylabone Supports Ocean Cleanup by Repurposing Fishing Nets into Sustainable Dog Chew Toys

The collection uses over 100,000 pounds of ocean-bound nylon repurposed into durable chew toys that support dogs’ natural chewing instincts while helping reduce waste.

Each year, over 1 million tons of plastic waste — including abandoned fishing nets—enters oceans, threatening marine life and coastlines. By recovering and reusing these materials, Nylabone has produced more than 1.5 million long-lasting chew toys that promote healthy chewing habits while supporting a cleaner planet.
