Nulo Announces Promotion of Jennifer Gibbs to Chief Sales Officer

Press release: Nulo

Nulo recently announced the promotion of Jennifer Gibbs to chief sales officer, a new position for the company. Previously Nulo’s senior vice president of sales, Gibbs now oversees sales in all distribution channels, globally. As a C-Suite member of Nulo’s executive team, Gibbs reports directly to founder and CEO, Michael Landa.

“We are excited to elevate Jen to this new role. Her energy, resilience and integrity help drive our strong performance oriented culture, and we believe that her leadership and track record of execution and achieving results makes her the right choice to lead our global sales efforts,” Landa said. “Nulo is accelerating at a record-breaking pace, and Jen has been instrumental in this success through thoughtful expansion of the sales organization and improving sales metrics to best-in-class levels.”

“I am very excited to take on this new role. I believe the opportunity to build on our momentum for growth and value creation is tremendous, given Nulo’s celebrated team culture, its leading portfolio of innovative products backed by nutritional science, and its ever-expanding global footprint,” Gibbs said. “I am confident that we can further accelerate what is already a record year for Nulo. I look forward to working with our leadership team to drive further success for the organization.”

A seven-year veteran of Nulo, Gibbs recognizes the importance of giving back to the community personally, and also as a pet food brand. While at Nulo, she has been a part of donating over 200,000 pounds of premium food to shelters across the U.S. and the Caribbean, including several rescue groups during natural disasters like Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma and the recent wildfires in California.

Outside of Nulo, Gibbs supports several non-profits, including The SEAL Legacy Foundation, Family Legacy and Lake Travis Young Men’s Service League. She is also an engaged member of Chief community, a women’s network designed for women executives to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them. She is an inspiration to those around her (including her husband, two boys and pup Cooper) and remains a critical asset to the Nulo team with a growing list of pet industry accomplishments.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Nulo is one of the fastest-growing pet specialty food brands in the U.S. and was recently selected as one of the top five “2022 Best Pet Companies to Work For” in the pet industry.
