Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group has launched a mobile app that will enhance the customer experience. The app is available for iOS and Android mobile devices.
“We’re committed to further simplifying things for our customers, and this new mobile app will go a long way in doing just that,” said Liz Watson, CMO of Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group. “Pet parents can use the app to pay their bill and submit and manage claims. It not only simplifies the process, but may result in faster claim reimbursement.”
App functionality will include the ability to submit and track claims, view explanation of benefit documents (EOBs), make a payment and view policy information. In addition, pet parents can sign up for direct deposit claims reimbursement, find local veterinarians, read FAQs and access customer service contact information.
