Zenreach, the industry leader in Walk-Through Marketing technology, has named Nitin Duggal as its new Chief Product Officer. Duggal brings more than two decades of marketing technology leadership experience to Zenreach and has led product creation efforts that have changed the landscape of marketing technology, creating market resonance for direct-to-consumer brands and marketers.
Prior to joining Zenreach, Duggal served as the Chief Product Officer for Affinity, where he led product, design, business, and marketing functions for the martech software as a service company. In his career Duggal has been instrumental in building out products and partnerships across a range of initiatives to shape the future of marketing technology. Duggal has been instrumental in building out products that innovated Unified ID to replace third party cookies and mobile IDs, omni-channel measurement and attribution to show the impact of traditional, digital, and social channels on the customer journey, and identifying high-value customer segments through cloud-native customer data management.

Duggal has devoted his career to improving the technology that direct-to-consumer marketers rely on to deliver breakthrough customer experiences and is well poised to address the challenges that currently exist in the location-based marketing and attribution space. He has several patents to his name in data science and internet technologies, and exudes a deep understanding of the technical details behind these innovations.
