Kennel Connection CEO Marks Milestones with New Software, Promotions

Leading provider of software solutions for the petcare industry Kennel Connection is marking three years under the leadership of CEO Jeff Brodsly by unveiling a major software update to its platform, along with personnel changes in key business areas.

Kennel Connection will release a full-cloud version of its software, as the company evolves away from its previous Windows-based desktop application. It will continue to offer both desktop and hybrid options, due to the reality that many kennels are situated in areas with inconsistent Internet access.

“The incredible journey of Kennel Connection over the past three years is not something I’ve done alone. It’s the passion, dedication and hard work of our amazing team that has driven our success. I am deeply grateful for every team member’s contribution and truly believe that together, we’ve achieved something remarkable. Our achievements are a testament to the strength of our collective effort, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built together,” Brodsly said of the milestone.

In addition to the launch of the new platform, Kennel Connection has also announced promotions of three long-serving team members in business areas related to customer service and operations:

Phil Ely steps into the role of client support manager after a 10-year tenure with Kennel Connection.

Jen Pardue takes the position of director of client support and is approaching her 15-year milestone with the company.

Ron Novak is promoted to chief operations officer of the 100GROUP suite of companies after 12 years with Kennel Connection.

Brodsly said the new team’s “contributions have not only enhanced our client support but have also set a standard of excellence and leadership within our company.”

Kennel Connection, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary next month, focuses on software solutions that cater to the unique needs of pet boarding facilities, grooming salons and dog daycare centers.
