JBT Marel, Aurum Process Technology Partner to Expand End-to-End Premium Pet Food Solutions

A new, exclusive cooperation between JBT Marel and Aurum Process Technology integrates Aurum’s specialized expertise in aseptic food processing with particulates and aseptic filling in flexible packaging into JBT Marel’s global portfolio.

The partnership marks a significant expansion of the company’s end-to-end processing solutions in the fast-growing ready meal and premium wet pet food categories.

Aurum Process Technology and JBT Marel presented their capabilities at Interzoo 2026, a leading international trade fair for the pet industry that was held May 12-15 in Nuremberg, Germany.

Continuing the momentum of its unified pet food strategy with Wenger and Extru-Tech, JBT Marel’s Interzoo booth features an immersive VR experience that showcases its recently launched Minimally Processed Pet Food line, bringing human standard processing to the wet food, traditional kibble and “un-kibble” categories.
