Leaders in the pet industry, Chuck Latham Associates and H&C Animal Health, recently announced the promotion of Suzan Damron to the position of president of both companies. Damron joined Chuck Latham Associates and H&C Animal Health in 2022 as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operations officer (COO). Damron will oversee the entire organization including business development, supply chain and logistics, IT systems, marketing and sales.

Damron has over 20 years of experience in logistics and operational excellence in fast-growing and startup environments. Prior to CLA and H&C Animal Health, Damron served as the chief financial officer and corporate officer at Birko Corporation, a leader in food safety solutions. Damron also spent over a decade serving as chief financial officer and chief operating officer at VIPAR Heavy Duty, Inc. and its Subsidiaries. Damron holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and an M.B.A from Northern Illinois University.
