GivePet Enters into Distribution Partnership with Southeast Pet

GivePet, a dog treat company that is focused on giving back to shelter dogs, has announced that they have partnered with Southeast Pet to expand their distribution. GivePet will be distributed by Southeast Pet to independent pet retailers in the Southeast. 

“We are excited to partner with Southeast Pet, an employee-owned business with a dedication to offering innovative products to independent pet specialty retailers,” said GivePet owner Chris Dennis. “GivePet is a family-owned business that gives back to rescues. This partnership will significantly help further our cause by providing much needed treats to shelters and rescues.” 

GivePet aims to help shelter pets feel as special and loved as possible until they find their ‘furever’ homes. For every bag sold, they donate enough treats for at least 10 shelter dogs. Treats are given directly to retailers to donate to their local shelter of choice. GivePet’s mission is to give treats to as many shelters and rescues as possible. 

“Southeast Pet is happy to be partnering with GivePet. We’re especially excited about the work they are doing to support shelters. The quality, palatability and company mission is obviously resonating with our retailers because we are off to a great start with this line,” said Pete Cooper, vice president of sales and marketing for Southeast Pet. 

Southeast Pet is a 100 percent employee-owned and operated distributor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Southeast Pet delivers to pet specialty retailers in six states out of distribution centers in Georgia and Florida.
