CityVet Lone Mountain will be owned and led by local veterinarian Dr. Kelsey Hall, who brings a deep understanding of the neighborhood’s needs and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized pet care, not just as a clinic leader, but also as a Peoria resident herself. She earned her Doctorate of from Oklahoma State University and has spent the last eight years practicing throughout the region. Known for her compassionate approach and clear communication style, she has built a reputation for making both pets and their people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Dr. Hall’s areas of interest include individualized patient care, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care services, specialties that allow her to create more comprehensive and responsive treatment plans, especially for pets in need of immediate attention or ongoing medical support. She also places a strong emphasis on personalized wellness plans tailored to each pet’s specific needs, believing that customized care is critical to long-term health and well-being.

“My philosophy is simple: listen first, treat second,” said Dr. Hall. “Every pet is different, so their care should be too. When we take the time to understand a pet’s lifestyle, history, and specific needs, we’re able to provide medical care that truly supports their long-term wellbeing.”

For Dr. Hall, opening this clinic is more than a professional milestone, it’s a personal investment in the community she calls home.

“Peoria isn’t just where I work, it’s where I live, spend time with my family, and run into friends at the park or the grocery store,” said Dr. Hall. “This clinic is an opportunity to serve the people and pets I see every day, and with CityVet’s support I’m proud to build something rooted in trust, familiarity, and genuine care.”

“At CityVet, our growth is driven by the belief that the best care starts with empowered veterinarians who know and love their communities. Dr. Hall exemplifies that vision, bringing not only clinical talent and a thoughtful approach to pet care, but also a genuine connection to the people and pets of Peoria. We’re honored to support her as she opens a clinic designed to serve her neighbors with compassion and kindness,” said CityVet president and CEO David Boguslawski.
