Boss Pet Acquires Frank Rowe & Son Grooming Supplies

Boss Pet Products, Inc., a subsidiary of Boss Holdings, Inc., recently announced that it has acquired the business assets of Frank Rowe & Son, Inc. of Middletown Pennsylvania, a leading wholesale supplier of high-quality pet grooming supplies and equipment.

Established in 1973, Frank Rowe & Son provides high quality professional dog grooming products and outstanding sharpening and repair services, serving as an authorized service/warranty center for industry-leading brands of clippers, dryers and other products.

Boss Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Kewanee, Illinios since 1893, is wholly owned subsidiary Boss Pet Products, Inc., based in Danvers, Massachusetts, and distributes pet grooming supplies, equipment, pet leashes, toys, apparel, health and wellness products.
