Aratana Therapeutics, a bio-pharmaceutical company focused on the licensing, development and commercialization of innovative medications for pets, appointed Craig Tooman as chief financial officer and John C. Ayres as its general counsel.

“Aratana has grown considerably over the past year, having successfully completed our initial public offering in June and now, with the acquisition of Vet Therapeutics, becoming a commercial company,” Steven St. Peter, president and CEO, said.
