Jessica Perovic Joins Caitec Leadership Team as VP of Finance

Caitec recently announced that Jessica Perovic has joined the organization as vice president of finance. As a key member of Caitec’s leadership team, Perovic will be focusing on the company’s organic growth and acquisition strategy. Prior to joining Caitec, Perovic led the finance team for Apex Physics Partners where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, strategy, planning, cash/credit management and administrative operations.
“Growing organically and through strategic acquisitions is a major focus for Caitec,” said Terry Gao, CEO of Caitec Inc. “Jessica brings a wealth of experience in M&A and more to Caitec. We are excited to welcome her to our team.”
Perovic graduated from Indiana University SE with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She passed the CPA exam in Kentucky before moving to Maryland, and she is OpEx Six Sigma trained.
