Pet owners across Northeast Texas have two new reasons to celebrate as Hounds Town USA, the interactive dog daycare and boarding franchise, expands its footprint with the recent opening of two new locations on February 8. Bringing top-tier pet care services to North and North – Alliance, these additions will provide a welcoming, secure, and fun environment for local pups to socialize and play.

The North Richland Hills location, situated at 8100 Bedford Euless Road, Suite 104, is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Christina and Bryan Mailloux. As longtime pet lovers and residents of the Mid-Cities area, the Maillouxs bring extensive business and hospitality experience to their new venture. Christina, who grew up on a cattle ranch in , has a deep-rooted passion for animal care, while Bryan’s 20-year background in hospitality ensures a customer-focused approach.

“As lifelong dog parents, Bryan and I wanted to invest in a business that reflects our passion for animals,” said Christina Mailloux. “There’s a real need for a dog care service in the Mid-Cities/North Richland Hills area that truly puts dogs first. Hounds Town’s philosophy of letting ‘dogs be dogs’ sets us apart, offering spacious play areas, socialization, and luxury accommodations. Our goal is to ensure that every dog has a tail-wagging experience while giving their owners peace of mind.”

Additionally, in North Fort Worth at 13029 Harmon Road, mother-and-son team Melissa Pittman and Justin Jones are preparing to introduce Hounds Town’s unique pet care experience to the community.

Pittman, a banking and auditing professional with nearly three decades of experience, was eager to embark on a new business journey with her son. Jones, a Marine veteran with a strong leadership background, will serve as General Manager, overseeing daily operations. After relocating to Texas in 2022, they recognized a gap in high-quality dog daycare and boarding options in North Fort Worth, motivating them to launch their own Hounds Town franchise.

“Our goal is to create a space where dogs can not only have fun but also socialize, exercise, and feel completely safe while their owners are away,” said Pittman. “We wanted to offer a service that provides peace of mind for pet owners, knowing their dogs are in a secure and engaging environment. The Hounds Town USA corporate team has been incredibly supportive throughout this journey, and we are thrilled to bring this pet-centric environment to our community.”

To celebrate its arrival, the North Fort Worth location will host a grand opening event on March 6, giving pet owners the opportunity to tour the facility, meet the team, and learn more about the available services.

“Hounds Town USA is proud to continue expanding and bringing our unique approach to pet care to Texas,” said Rob Flanagan, CEO of Hounds Town USA. “The openings of these two locations underscore our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible dog daycare and boarding services that meet the needs of local communities. We are confident that Christina, Bryan, Melissa and Justin will make a lasting impact, offering a welcoming and safe environment for pets and peace of mind for their owners.”
