Three Dog Brands, a leading manufacturer in humanized , has announced the appointment of Craig Mickey as its new chief sales officer (CSO). He succeeds Jerry Dear, who will retire at the end of 2025 after more than a decade of leadership and service.

Dear will work closely with Mickey to ensure his successful transition.

Mickey brings over 20 years of commercial leadership experience, including senior roles at Mars, Inc. and with a private equity-backed pet food manufacturer. His track record of driving revenue growth and leading strategic opportunities for expansion makes him exceptionally well-suited to help lead Three Dog Brands to continued growth in the marketplace.
