Chuck Latham Associates (CLA) and Angels’ Eyes recently announced the promotion of Rory Fitch to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of both companies.

This is an exciting growth moment for CLA, as the company continues to expand how it serves across the animal and pet health space. In this role, Fitch provides executive oversight across CLA and Angels’ Eyes, supporting operational excellence, scalability, and alignment as the businesses continue to grow and evolve. The role reflects the organization’s increasing complexity and the importance of integrated operational leadership across sales, marketing, operations, and animal health commercialization.

Since joining the organization as Vice President in 2024, Fitch has played a critical role in strengthening operational infrastructure, improving cross-functional execution, and supporting field and corporate teams through periods of growth and transformation.

Notably, he has led the evolution of CLA’s operations to include third-party logistics (3PL) capabilities, expand service offerings, and better position the business to support customers and partners. His leadership has driven greater accountability, consistency, and operational discipline across the organization.

“This is a very exciting time in the evolution of CLA. Given our continued growth, this was the perfect time to position Rory Fitch as COO, and further show our dedication to how we support the animal and pet industry,” said Chuck Latham, Owner and Founder of Chuck Latham Associates. “This promotion speaks not only to Rory’s operational expertise, but also his leadership and dedication to our people, customers, and pets.”

A seasoned leader, Fitch brings more than 15 years of operational guidance across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, construction, and regulated industries. Prior to joining the organization, he held senior operations roles with responsibility for enterprise operations, financial performance, and scalable growth.

“It’s been a pleasure to be a part of the CLA and The Angels’ Eyes team, all of whom have such a dedication to the pet industry. It’s an honor to continue to grow within such an established and esteemed company,” commented Fitch, “I look forward to helping CLA and Angels’ Eyes reach a new era of the business through streamlined operational efforts.”

As COO, Fitch will continue to focus on operational strategy, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth initiatives across both businesses.
