The Pets Best Pet Health Insurance Mobile App is a quick, user-friendly way for customers to access their account and file a claim.

We were already providing one of the easiest claims submission and reimbursement processes in the industry, and now it’s even easier and faster to submit a claim and get reimbursed in record time,” said Chris L. With the Pets Best App, customers can access their account or file a claim from anywhere, even while they’re at the veterinarian’s office. While at the vet, they can simply snap a photo of the invoice just paid and upload it in the app to file the claim. Pets Best can then start working on that claim right away. The Pets Best Mobile App allows policy holders to not only submit claims, but view all claims status details past and present, view policy details, change account preferences, add new pets to their account, and access the 24/7 Pet Helpline powered by whiskerDocs, which provides access to veterinary experts any time day or night.
Pets Best is dedicated to constantly innovating new ways to improve their customer—and potential customer—experience. In 2012, Pets Best was an early adopter of launching a mobile-friendly website as they saw a growing trend in visitors from mobile devices. Today, over 60 percent of Pets Best users access the site from a device other than a desktop computer. Creating a mobile app continues in the tradition of tech-forward innovations to improve the online experience.
The Pets Best Pet Health Insurance Mobile App launched in the App Store in May and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
