Stella & Chewy’s Donates $25,000 in Pet Food to Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

November 12, 2012

Stella & Chewy’s donated over $25,000 worth of products to the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Stella & Chewy’s teamed up with two local organizations, Bidewaee and The Mayors Alliance of NYC to provide excess of 150 cases of dog and cat food to be distributed to those in need.

“This storm has caused a lot of distress in our community and taken so much away from so many.  We wanted to do our part to help by providing nutritious meals for pets in this difficult time.  Our thoughts go out to those impacted by this devastating storm,” Marie Moody, Founder and President of Stella & Chewy’s, said.
