ZIWI Introduces New Team Members at North American Office

ZIWI is happy to start the calendar year off with hiring on more team members to the North American office to help grow the business and its mission of providing joy and peace of mind to pets and their guardians. The sales and marketing teams were able to recruit a new graphic designer, Canadian national sales manager and administrator and invoice processor. Keep reading to learn more about these new faces and how they are helping fulfil ZIWI USA’s goals.

Alexander Lessard | Canadian National Sales Manager

Lessard comes to ZIWI with 14 years of experience in the pet industry under his belt, where he has worked in roles like merchandise management, sales and account management. He has played an integral part in growing large brands within Canada, which is why ZIWI is so excited to have him bringing his current and past successes to the team. Lessard will be based out of Montreal, where he will be working vigilantly to grow the brand in awareness, sales and presence within the Canadian market.

Annie Rutherford | Graphic Designer

Born and raised in Kansas City, Rutherford has taken on the role of graphic designer at ZIWI and has been hard at work elevating the brand’s visual identity across multiple channels. Rutherford brings years of design experience to the table and a refined lens with her experience working for luxury brands. She has jumped quickly into refining assets to match the new elevated packaging and auditing and refreshing web images, publications advertising and point of sales materials. ZIWI is thrilled to have her join the marketing team, bringing the brand to the next level.

Shellie Howser | Administrator and Invoice Processor

The sales team is excited to welcome Howser on as the administrator and invoice processor, where she will be working with the sales team to ensure communication and payments are streamlined both internally and with external vendors. As our jack of all trades, Howser will also assist in the processing of bill backs, account credits, tracking incentive programs, database management, as well as being the POC for maintaining trade show materials.
