Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, the leader in specialty pet retail and grooming with over 200 locations across the U.S., is opening three stores in Florida and one in Texas during June. The company has another 30 or more locations under development, including 12 in Florida and eight in Texas, most set to open later this year. As the pet industry reached another record-setting year at $123.6 billion in sales in 2021, with continued growth projected for 2022, pet product sales and services grew an unprecedented 13.5 percent growth year-over-year, according to the American Pet Products Association.

Franchising has also seen impressive growth over the past years with total output from franchised establishments increasing by 16.3 percent over 2020 figures to nearly $788 billion and rapidly expanded their workforce, adding a record 8.8 percent growth in employment over 2020, according to the International Franchise Association.

Combining the unprecedented growth of the pet industry with the recent impressive gain in the franchising industry has proven to be a magic formula for Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming.
