Classic Brands Corp. announces completion of the planned executive leadership transition. Robert (Bob) Donegan assumes the role of Executive Chairman and Scott Fullmer becomes CEO.

With its headquarters in Denver, Colorado, Classic Brands incorporates unique features into every product to make feeding wild birds even more easy, fun and enjoyable for people of all ages.

After starting the company in his garage, Classic Brands grew to become the leader in wild bird feeding, supplying all major retailers who carry wild bird products. The company is recognized for innovation and holds a large IP portfolio. Classic’s growth has been a combination of strong organic growth, four key acquisitions and the launch of the Classic Brands website. As executive chairman, Donegan will continue to be involved in major initiatives, providing strategic guidance to the company, ensuring a smooth transition, and continued profitable growth throughout the current ownership.

Scott Fullmer headshotScott Fullmer is promoted to CEO of Classic Brands Corp. and is elected to the board of directors. Fullmer has been with Classic Brands for the last year as president. Prior to joining the company, he had a very strong track record in consumer products. Fullmer previously held the position of senior vice president and general manager of H&C Animal Health, a Denver-based pet products company dedicated to bringing animal health products to the pet specialty consumer through retail channels. Fullmer has initiated and fostered relationships with big box and specialty retailers and e-commerce customers over the last 20 years. He also led sales and marketing teams in his previous roles at Frito Lay, Sara Lee and Dial/Henkel Corporation.
