Volkman Pet Products, a third-generation owned company specializing in wild bird, avian diets, small animal diets, pet poultry and more is excited to announce the hiring of Dave Confer. Confer comes to Volkman Pet with a wealth of industry experience spanning Merrick Pet Care, Natura Pet Food and most recently Blue Buffalo.

Confer will initially manage Volkman’s top accounts in the North Territory and servicing Central Pet Sacramento Division. In the future, Confer will be a critical part in developing the company’s business in the Pacific North West Region well as leading the brand’s growth charge in national chains, military and Volkman expansion.
